What was the highlight of Hotel Blu Salento Village Sant'Isidoro
lovely location but disappointing structure
the room is clean. it’s near the beach. the architecture is nice.
the food was horrible. they served the same food over and over. i was highly disappointed. we had to pay for the beach access, no towels supplied, the room was full of mosquitoes and we could not sleep. The staff was nice and the premises lovely but I would not return to this structure.

Fine for what we wanted which was just a base.
Room was fine. It was easy to get a bed by the pool, nice to have beach access.
There wasn’t really anywhere to sit outside the room as our room was right next to the walkway in. There wasn’t a lot of places to eat or drink nearby in walking distance.

Overall the stay wasn’t so pleasant, wouldn’t recommend these facilities to anyone and not planning to come back here
The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful, the food was okay, but could be better
The staff in the reception was not speaking english, so it was hard to communicate, there was no wifi connection in the room, only by the pool and in the restaurant. You have to pay extra for the beach and we couldn’t lock the outside doors of the room so we did not feel safe leaving our personal belongings in the room while we were out.

Don’t go there if you’re not Italian and want constant music
- friendly staff - sea and pool are nice
- totally overcrowded beach in high season, although the beach in itself would be lovely - “Italian vacation” means, there is almost constant party music and “animation” going on; impossible to find some quiet - almost none of the staff speaks English let alone another language, so we couldn’t leave the kids for the kids activities
